At Doggy Canvas, we are committed to providing you with high-quality custom products through our print-on-demand service. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is deemed defective or has manufacturing issues.
Defective or Manufacturing Issues:
If you receive a product that is defective or has manufacturing issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement for the defective product at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed and sent into production. It's crucial to review your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
